The exterior work for this project included building new decks and a new trellis, changing the existing concrete ramp to a series of steps and a walkway and rebuilding of the side yard fence.
The interior work included building a new fireplace wall, removal of old lighting, replacement of soffits throughout the house, prepped the floors for new material, replaced windows and sliding glass doors with new, larger units, repaired sheetrock throughout the residence prior to painting the walls.
